2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or using our services.
If an event has an age restriction or other eligibility requirement, you must satisfy the applicable requirement before purchasing or attending the event.
Where a booking is made on behalf of another person, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and that the recipient is informed of the applicable event terms.

5. Ticket Prices and Payments
Ticket prices and applicable charges will be displayed during the booking process.
The final amount payable will be shown before the payment is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Happenscape does not directly store complete card, banking or other sensitive payment credentials unless specifically stated otherwise.
A successful payment does not necessarily constitute a valid ticket if the transaction is subsequently identified as fraudulent, unauthorised, duplicated or otherwise invalid.
6. Electronic Tickets
Where electronic tickets are issued, customers are responsible for keeping their tickets, booking confirmations and QR codes secure.
A ticket or QR code may be used only in accordance with the applicable event conditions.
Customers should not share their ticket or QR code publicly or with unauthorised persons.

Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entry where the ticket is invalid or where the customer fails to comply with applicable venue or event rules.
Customers may be required to present their ticket and, where applicable, a valid identification document.
The event organiser or venue may conduct reasonable security checks before allowing entry.
Customers must comply with venue rules, safety instructions and reasonable directions given by authorised event or venue personnel.
8. Event Changes, Postponement and Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or materially changed, Happenscape will communicate the applicable arrangements through appropriate channels.
Where a refund is applicable, the refund process will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the event.
Different events may have different refund or cancellation conditions. Customers should therefore review the event-specific policy before completing a purchase.
9. Customer Cancellation and Refunds
Ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on the website and/or the applicable event page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets may not be refundable merely because a customer is unable or chooses not to attend an event.
Applicable booking, convenience, payment gateway or service charges may be non-refundable where permitted by the applicable event policy.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Please refer to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
10. Failed, Duplicate or Unsuccessful Payments
If an amount is debited from your account but the booking is not successfully completed, the transaction may be subject to reconciliation with the payment service provider.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same booking, please contact Happenscape with the relevant transaction or booking details.
Verified duplicate or unsuccessful transactions eligible for reversal will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.
11. Event Venue Rules
Customers must comply with all applicable rules and policies of the event venue.
Depending on the event, prohibited items may include weapons, dangerous materials, unauthorised recording equipment, or other items restricted by the venue or organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove a person from the venue where their conduct presents a safety, security or significant disruption risk, subject to applicable law.
No refund will necessarily be provided in circumstances where a customer is refused entry or removed due to violation of applicable event or venue rules.
12. Photography, Video and Recording
Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded for documentation, promotional, marketing, archival or other legitimate purposes.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, videos or other recordings made at the event.
